I was dumped at the shelter at age 10 1/2. Not house trained, not leash trained, 110 lbs, big, and all black. But luckily German Shepherd rescue picked me up and I went on to have a happy life. I started blogging the moment I arrived in my new home, and kept it up until I ate my last banana.

Elsa doesn't try to nip me anymore ever since I gave her that little love bite on the nose!
Elsa is a slug. She does nothing all day but lie around. I can't walk but at least I hold my head up and look around and pay attention to the daily going-ons around here. Well, she makes me look good!
