The Reason Some People are not Leaving New Orleans

This picture from the CNN website says it all.

"Many are leaving but police say thousands of people insist on staying."

Some reports have said that DOGS are not allowed in the evacuation.

I was dumped at the shelter at age 10 1/2. Not house trained, not leash trained, 110 lbs, big, and all black. But luckily German Shepherd rescue picked me up and I went on to have a happy life. I started blogging the moment I arrived in my new home, and kept it up until I ate my last banana.
